This clinic is permanently closed, but Google won't remove the listing (probably because Banfield wants the positive reviews to cancel out their bad ones). It is now Banfield Pet Hospital and looks nothing like these photos with none of the same vet doctors.

Very clean, organized, new facility with a great new location for Banfield. Staff was friendly and courteous upon arrival and check in. Only minor complaint is that the parking lot seems a bit narrow to get in and out of parking spots.

I hate writing bad reviews, but this unfortunately deserves one. With the switch over from Roseville to St. Paul, it has been impossible to get ahold of my vet. My dog desperately needs a prescription and an exam and I call and am placed on hold until it goes to a full voicemail box. I try to be understanding and compassionate when changes happen, especially when they are overwhelming, but never getting a response from my vet is not acceptable, especially as an OWP member, paying monthly for quality service. I am disappointed.
The experiences when I do get to see or talk to someone have been positive, which is why there are 2 stars instead of one. I really want to love Banfield…

Larpenteur Animal Hospital has seriously gone down in service since becoming Banfield. They are not able to be reached, voicemail box is full, and don’t have time for you even if the medication they prescribed has an adverse reaction to your pet. We have been with them for over a decade and now we are moving our pets to another veterinarian.
