It saddens me to say this because initially we were hopeful this location would work for us as it's the closest and the first impression was decent. But when it comes to our fur baby, there are just certain things that are just not okay. Our last appointment was scheduled for 9am, our dog has horrible anxiety and it's hard enough leaving him but when our appointment is at 9 and we check back at noon after not hearing back and the response is "the doctor is still in surgery, it will be a few more hours" we were not pleased. First off, we gave it 3 hours for an appointment that took maybe 30min. Then to get no follow up on why it's taking so long, to hear it would be a few more hours, at that point I wish I would've said we will take him home, call us when the doctor is actually ready (thank goodness our day was free for all this)! Our poor pup was locked in a room alone, scared, for a total of 7 hours! No pet should be sujected to that. Not only that, but they didn't call either of us to say he was ready to be picked up, my husband called them! While at the appointment they found ear discharge and took samples, it's been over a week and after calling and leaving a voicemail, have yet to hear back on the results. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! We had had a call with a vet at that location to see about getting meds for our dogs anxiety to help with training, he gave us a prescription as he said his own pup takes it as well and we were given one refill, we recently refilled it and today my husband recieved a call from Banfield rudely inquiring about the refill because "they had no record of him being there". How would we have even gotten the medication with out a prescription from the vet?! And our dog has had 2-3 visits with them! I'm truly appalled at the lack of professionalism, accountability, and responsiveness. If they are too busy they need to make some changes because I now truly question the treatment of the pets left in their care and that's the most worrisome part.
