Been here a few months now and have to say the experience is overall good. The building is older so there are a few problems that have arisen, but they are always solved relatively quickly. The property manager, George, is very accommodating and an overall good guy. Maintenance guys are cool too. Rent is fair and its a decent option to hang your hat while you grind.

I am being falsely accused of harming neighbors and workers. I am an ordained minister of God and I practice doing good to people. I've never harmed anyone in this building, nor any workers. I need help from my neighbors! If there anyone of my neighbors who lives in this building is willing to stand up in court with me on November 23, 2022, at 9:30 AM Location: 10 North Tucker Blvd, St Louis, Missouri I ask that be present. I am going to court to answer the false accusation against me. I ask that you show up in court to help me fight (by law) by showing up and being willing to testify that you have been harmed while living in this building due to the negligence of the landlord. I reported a problem with the plumbing in my sink on November 5 and was told everything was fine. Flooding started November 15 and continued November 16. This is the response from management after two days of flooding when asked why nothing had been done proactively to prevent this: "The building is over 100 years old and has been poorly maintained in the past by previous management groups. We purchased this property at the end of 2019, unfortunately we can't control things that break, a lot of parts we are discovering are non-existent. We are doing all we can and utilizing our resources as much as we can." I have lived in this apartment for less than two months and have had electrical issues, no hot water for days at a time, no heat when it was below 30* outside, and now this. If property ownership cant properly renovate and simultaneously maintain an old building, I dont know why Im paying them rent each month. Every maintenance and cleaning person I've interacted with has been lovely. Ownership and management refuse to properly repair issues, apartments are overpriced, and I regret signing a year lease. Don't live here!
