A 5 minute trip and $20 for a replacement interior front door knob and spindle saved me probably $1000 for a new mortise lock set and service call. My only disappointment is with myself for not visiting Krause years ago.

Unfortunately, I locked myself out of my vehicle this morning. I called Klaus Keys(they were near my vehicle location) but due to a their mobile guy being unavailable, they referred me to LOOCSTL (Blake). The confidence in which they gave the recommendation could be heard over the phone. I appreciate a company working with other small companies to take care of the customer. Just good business that will bring me back to them in the future. BTW...Blake lived up to all expectations. Klaus and Blake made a crummy situation a bit better.

Why do you go to a professional get a simple thing like keys made. You get in they get the job done and you go. And best of all the keys work. It is not a deal to go to Walmart and wait to find somebody to do a job that doesnt work and you have go back to save $5. We had 10 keys made and they ALL WORKED. Smiled and were glad we were there. Could not ask for more.
