I Reached out to them for some electrical issue with my car.They where very professional on the phone and in person.Told me to bring my car in for diagnostic explain the process throughly .They found the problem quickly and did a outstanding job on the repairs and the cost didn't break the bank.I would recommend them with a 5 star rating.They also gave me a small gift for being a customer!

A very painless, and pleasant experience. I bought an older vehicle from a family member at a good price but it was "as is". The only key fob had been through the washing machine and was dead. The back up metal key had been lost. I couldn't even lock the car without locking myself out. I got real discouraged when I did some internet and phone inquires. Most weren't 100% I could get a new key without contacting the dealer which have cost a fortune. Then I came across Fitz'z. I went in and I met Brian. He knew his stuff. Within 15 minutes we had ordered 2 key fobs, with 2 back up metal keys for around the price a couple of places I talked to were going to charge me for one key fob. They completed the work once the fobs arrived and I am very happy with my experience with Fitz'z. I also spoke with Chris and Chrystal several times during my visits, who were both very helpful and nice. These guys are also very pro - police, and military if that matters to you. It does to me. Thanks to everybody at Fitz'z!!

Unbelievable service! When i arrived was greated in the parking lot and the employee took my steering column from my truck and inside for me . It was after work about their closing time. I was i need of a new ignition to be put in it . They told me the week before I would have to drop it off and pick up a couple days later . I got in there and a employee came out to discuss was going to be done . New column and needed a ignition they told me that they could get it done today while I wait instead of driving back across the river from Illinois. When finished they packed it back in box and carried it out to my truck. Absolutely some of the greatest customer service out there and that is very hard to find these days . Thank you all for the job you have done ! My 69 firebird thanks you all
