A five star experience from before I ever saw the apartment! I was relocating from Florida and the timing was off. I didn't have enough time to get here and look for an apartment and get back to Florida to drive to Saint Louis. Vicky was awesome. She walked me through the website so i could get a sense of the apartment and was able to hold it until i could get a check to her via snail mail. When we arrived at the Residences on moving day, we literally drove the uhaul up and saw the apartment for the first time. It was just what we had been promised! Over the next year we loved living at The Residences. Vicky and Travis were amazing! They truly made us feel like family. I know that is tossed around a lot but they really did. I always felt like Vicky had my back.The only reason we moved was because we expanded our family and need more outdoor room. Its a great location, with great amenities and neighbors that are friendly and quiet! Give Vicky a call! Thank you Vicky!!!

1 BR apartment with den - Larger laundry room, Extra shelving was added on our request for the master closet & laundry room at no extra cost. Appliances clean & of good quality. Apartment is quiet (And no sounds from other apartments in the hall way) Tall ceilings with picture rail molding throughout each room ( except for bathroom.) Clean, with nice appliances and well planned area for living & dining. Carpeted throughout out except for bath-laundry & kitchen/entry. Best of all excellent service - wonderful and quickly responsive management staff. Will truly miss when we move for our work.
