        I've been apartment hunting for over 6 months now.... Miss Shannon Smith was the best. Very thorough and pleasant, the most helpful I've ever encountered on this hunt. Thank you so much

        DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I could give this place a 0 star I would, This place has been through several management due so the lack of consistent communication shows. There are no cameras in the hallway of any floors or in the elevators so if you get broken into theyre not going to know who was responsible. There was an incident with the door that takes to the parking lot where somebody shot their gun and they tried to play it as it was an accident and still havent replaced the glass. Both elevators have been broken on and off for the past 2 weeks they claim that they fixed the issue but clearly it hasnt been fixed. There are disabled residents that cant use the stairs, which is a big concern that they havent even open any sort of help. Save your self a headache and look for a place that cares about their residents!.

      Dear JC1998,I would like to invite you to the office to discuss your concerns. The door being broken was an incident that was beyond management’s control, we did have the door ordered the same day it was broken, we are at the mercy of our vendors schedule for the work being completed. The door has been restored to its original condition.As for the elevators, unfortunately the damage to the small elevator was caused by misuse and we had the elevator restored as soon as possible. The door operating system for elevator 2 malfunctioned. After troubleshooting we had to upgrade and replace the door operating systems. We did have several days without a functioning elevator, but we addressed and repaired all issues immediately.As I mentioned I would invite you to contact the office at (833) 887-1846 or email me directly at [email protected].
