Haven't had the pleasure to open an account here but after seeing these reviews from customers, I don't think im going to open an account here or probably at no other US Bank. Not the type of place I would want my money, this is sad and bad for business.

I gave THIS BRANCH a rating of 1 ONLY BCUS that's how low I cd go to post this comment publicly!!! But a rating of 1 WD ACTUALLY B AN IMPROVEMENT!!! I open a safe deposit box some years ago, utilized it & pd on it FAITHFULLY.When I decided I didn't need it anymore, I transacted w/ CARLA, a teller who worked there at the time and she actually gave a receipt after having closed out the acct. I THOUGHT I completed the transaction ONLY TO RECEIVE a charge for a LATE FEE for this same deposit box which this branch withdrew $ from my acct for!!! THEN I was informed i had to come to the branch IN PERSON ON A WEEKDAY(a workday for me) TO CLOSE OUT THE ACCT!!! THE TELLER I TALKED TO THAT DAY ACTUALLY SCHEDULED AN APPT WITH ME ANNNNDTOLD ME TO CALL WHEN I WAS OMW TO THE BRANCH ONLY TO TELL ME THE LOBBY WAS CLOSED THAT DAY & I'D HAVE TO RESCHEDULE!!! REDICULOUS!!!!
