Once the roaches enter an apartment complex its very difficult to get rid of them, I have seen multiple in my unit and also hallways. Don't forget the rats in the garage, and the hallways smelling like weed. Oh the elevator also can close on you. The good side is the large closets and large bathrooms, nice kitchen. The rent is waay too high with the utilities and electricity. No walking trails, no parks, just an apartment on the side of the freeway/street. The trash chute is full with so many trash. Oh the worse part is the fire alarm that goes off in the middle of the night, the packages being stolen if its not in the lockbox. The amount of rent you pay isn't worth it when you don't feel safe, also when the cameras are "working" my vehicle was also broken into and they did not help. The dog poops yuck, its outside and inside the apartment hallways and stairs. maintenance comes in to fix something only for it to mess up again. oh the criminal activity that goes on, they wont tell you what happened or anything. instead they will hide it.
