        Lived here for a little bit and plan on staying for a while. Place is very nice and Cody is quick to respond to calls whenever something needs to be fixed. Pool area could be cleaned a little better.

        We have been living here for a year and plan to stay because we love our apartment and we can count on Cody in maintenance to keep everything running well. The management will try to cheat you on the deposit, so be prepared. The other Weidner property we have rented from did not do that. The building has a lot of different floor plans to choose from. We actually moved to a different unit recently. The complex is clean, safe, and quiet. The location is central to the metro area, so errands and shopping is fast and easy. There's a bus stop on the street and a Kwik trip within walking distance. We like the mix of tenants and everyone is friendly.
