Very dodgy! Do not do business with this vendor unless you would like to be stuck with a defective vehicle. I am preparing a lawsuit to file against them right now! Don't get robbed by these folks! The positive reviews are from their friends, not customers. The app would not let me upload supporting documents.

Really wish i wouldve looked at the reviews. Got a car from this place 5 months ago and it already died out on me. Engine is completely ruined and its 3000 dollars down the drain! Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Friendly, yes...but a snake soon as you turn around. Makes promises to get the sale then backs out of agreements. Sells junk vehicles, and after confronted, refused to make things right. AVOID THIS PLACE, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Couldnt leave 0stars unfortunately. My son found a truck he HAD to have. They continued to tell my husband someone else was interested so they needed to know if we wanted it, flag 1. Guy took it for my husband to look at and said they got a safety done on it. Husband looked at it and had a list of shit wrong with it some of which SHOULD NOT have passed safety, flag 2. We go down there and they will not go any lower on their price tho we had the list and they offered no warranty. When we had the list the gentleman said yah well you can fix all that's wrong with it. I look at paperwork and vin does not match what they had posted so the carfax we paid to have done was invalid. Got another carfax done and car had 3 owners not 1 like they stated, it had been wrecked previously they said never had been. A different man went into the other room and said well the printer doesnt work but it doesnt show any accidents on the site (not carfax) I am on. The guy was SUPER RUDE and extremely pushy. He kept saying we have another guy that will give us asking price, I finally said we dont give a shit about the other guy. Needless to say we walked away with a heartbroken teenager and much less respect for shady First Capital Auto Sales
