I purchased a chrysler 300c from here. The owner was extremely helpful and fair on the price. The few concerns I had about the car were taken care of, no problem. We're in the market to buy again, we'll definitely return.

Bought a car on July of 2014. It is August of 2014. I have not received the title, despite being told it would take 2 weeks. If you buy from Mylenbusch in Saint Charles, ensure that they already have the title ready to give to you. Otherwise, prepare to be given the runaround.

I bought my very first car from Mylenbusch. I filled her up and the next day the check engine light came on. So I took it to a mechanic and he gave me a grocery list of things that were wrong with it- NONE of which they told me about (which is illegal.) The owner of the mechanic shop called the dealer himself to tell them all the things that were wrong, and they agreed to fix them for me. Three days later, I get the car back, thinking it's good as knew. The next day, the check engine light comes back on. I take it back to the same mechanic who tells me that they neglected to fix the main reason we gave it to them to fix int he first place. So, I call them again and they agree to fix it this time. So I take it back to them the next day and wait three more days for them to tell me that they ordered the part but took it to a dealer that said that it was just a recall on the computer in the car and the computer needed to be reset, so he had them do that instead of putting the part in. So, I went to go pick up my car again (on a now empty tank, of course) and I'm not even on the highway for ten minutes before the check engine light comes on. So, I call them and tell them and he gives me three options: I can return it and get my money back, I can trade it in to him, or I can let them put the part in. I told them I wanted my money back. So, they gave me my money back but told me they had to pay my loan back to the credit union to take out a lien on it. She told me it would be paid that day. Seven days later, the loan was still on my account. So, I called them again and they said they "forgot." That's the thing with these people, unless YOU stay on top of them and YOU call them, they will NEVER call you. I have had the worst experience with this dealer. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. There's actually a cute little dealership right across the street from them called ZHL, and they are so much more friendly and way more trustworthy. Everything about Mylenbusch is just sketchy. I had my car for two weeks and only really had it two days.

(Erik, I heard what happened to you and you have my sympathy. I am real sorry you are in a really tight bind. I will never forget what you have done for me and I am grateful everyday for it. Stay strong my friend. I will pray for you.) A long time ago... about 4 years ago. I was looking for a car. My first car. When I finally saved up enough money, I looked online. I saw Mylenbusch put up a black Dodge Stratus coupe on Criags List. I seek them out and talked to these guys. They were good to me. There were bad times at first... the car is a standard and has a slipping clutch that needed replacing. The right head light wire was loose. But as I was reading the Negative reviews.... I never saw the people who worked at Mylen do bad things they to the people who wrote the negative reviews; To me personally. These guys were so nice to me any repairs needed they took it off what I own on the car. Like the day I was driving home from the mall. The right tire rod snapped. I dropped it off at a Dobbs Auto repair center and it cost me around $250 to get it fix. I shown the receipt to my repair and they took off the same amount what I owed to the car. The Catalytic converter needed to be replaced too, to pass inspection. They paid half of that as well... The clutch... well these guys I knew were losing more than they gained from me. So, I was willing to pay full for the repairs myself. It did cost me a pretty penny though. As for the wire in the headlight... nothing a little DIY elbow grease can't fix. LOL Point is these guys gave me a car I soon loved. A first car experience, and a vehicle that soon became reliable. They're generous and helpful. They look forward to your happiness as the way I see it. Bless these guys for giving me a great time, that not many people world wide will experience.
