Tara was the worst person I have ever had to deal with she was incredibly rude and nasty. It was so bad that we are going to call corporate! Dont go there its bad

Stayed for a couple of nights with the family. The hotel is outdated and you know for sure when you try to get to your room. We were on the 2nd floor. The room was big and had a king size bed along with a sofa bed, which was convenient. The toilet is very small (kid size). Breakfast was decent- scrambled eggs, sausages, oatmeal, a pancake machine, yoghurt etc. The biscuits were super hard. Service was good. Good value for money.

I picked this hotel based on most recent reviews. Check-in went smoothly, the young lady at the desk was very kind and professional. But once we got off the elevators, the hallway has an odd smell, like cheese thats gone bad. The room appeared clean, the floor could have used more attention to detail during the vacuum job. The window shades had stains all over. The shower needed some attention, and there is a mat in the shower that is not removable??? We just wore our shower shoes for preventive measures. My youngest child found a lizard on the couch, and my oldest watched a roach crawl out of the Kureig coffee maker towards our dinner we sat down on the counter next to the darn thing while we brought our bags in. We needed up throwing our food away eating prepackaged snacks for dinner. The flooring is so thin, the room above us walked up and down that floor all night while dropping things. Im disappointed in our stay, and disappointed in the most recent reviews, they didnt add up at all.
Rooms: Need deep cleaning and pesticide treatment.
