UPDATE: Be advised that if you use your personal phone number for rewards or buy/sell updates, the owner can access that number and your name & will text your personal phone number if you leave an honest review. My review started at 3 stars as I genuinely put up with the previous behavior bc I could always find good things here, but this made me lower to 1 star. I left an honest and (I thought) respectful review of my experience, only to be personally contacted about it with sass. Respond to me here on Google and I wouldve had no issues. Accessing and using my personal phone number beyond its intended purpose at your business crosses the line for me. This truly was my favorite storeORIGINAL: I used to live in the area and loved coming to this location, because I can usually always find some great items here! One thing Ive consistently noticed is that there is a older blonde woman (I think the owner or manager maybe?) that works here is not very kind. Ive regularly seen her being snippy with customers and her employees, which makes it hard for me to feel good about shopping here. After reading some of the reviews here, I see Im not the only one that has noticed some of these things. Today I heard what sounded like her accusing a young employee of breaking something and it made me so sad for her. However I did get some very kind help from another employee here, not sure of her name but she had a short haircut with dark hair. Anyway, just wanted to point out that we as customers notice how employees are treated! I also had a little frustration today with selling, I dropped a large basket off a little after 11:00, and was told to come back later this afternoon. The estimate I was given online was 12:45pm. I understand things change and people are short staffed the days so I expected some delay, as I know the 12:45 was just an estimate. However, when I returned around 4:00, they said it would still be a little longer. Ok, thats fine. Finally around 6:30 I get a text that they didnt want any of my items . Fair enough, but I thought I donated at least a few quality items! But I understand if my style wasnt what you were looking for. Would be less frustrating if I hadnt waited all day to hear back and it ultimately be pointless. Just wish there was a faster way to get it done, and maybe a more accurate estimate online, but maybe thats just wishful thinking! This store is my go-to for my clothes though! Always pretty well organized, and decently priced. Just wanted to share a few of my thoughts!

Worst customer service with very rude employees who wont even acknowledge you. Not to mention Ive come here multiple times to sell and theyre either randomly closed for no reason or just not accepting buys. Worst Platos Ive ever been to.
