Found this business on Yelp! as I am new to the area and was in a tight spot when I had no brake lights. These guys worked and located my initial issue, but had to dig deep for another issue. Was expecting an enormous bill due to the time they put in to the diagnosis and was shocked when I was given the total. Not only were they way under what I was expecting, but they explained the issues they found and what all they did. Great customer service and friendly technicians!! Couldnt be happier and Ive found my shop in Rockwall!

One of the better mechanic shops in town. They basically keep banking hours and closed on weekends.

Jackson Automotive never disappoints! Theyve repaired my two cars, Cadillac & Mercedes and Im always impressed by how knowledgeable they are and how accommodating they are. Highly recommend!! Steve R.
