Rocket Rooter Plumbing LLC.

I am writing this having spent several hours cleaning up a massive flood in my basement. Embarrassingly, I just paid Rocket Rooter nearly $800 to hydrojet my window wells which are still completely backed up. The technician who showed up to my house was polite, but wouldn't listen to what the problem was. I pointed out my window well drains multiple times, but he never inspected them and just kept talking about my downspouts, which are fine. Unfortunately, I believe he injected debris into the window well drains as he was hydrojetting from the street up, since one of them which was never a problem has totally become clogged since the work was done. I have called the number twice asking if someone can come take a look, but none of my calls have been answered. I think their business model is to run their machine for a few minutes, send you a large invoice, and then disappear.

A very good experience. Tyler Pittenger explained the problem and we discussed the best course of action. Very knowledgeable and treated us like human beings. I am a repeat customer and as always I had a great experience with Rocket Rooter Plumbing! Tyler was determined to resolve the issue and he worked hard until it was fixed. He explained everything to me in a clear and easy to understand way. He arrived exactly when he said that he would, he was friendly, respectful, and tidy. We used Rocket Rooter for a sump-pump issue and they showed up on time early, even and were pleasant and professional when they were here. (The guy who answered the phone was another story grumpy and gruff.) The reason for the one star is that about a week later, when the plumbers diagnosis and solution seemed not to be accurate or working, my MULTIPLE polite calls and voicemails asking for a call back and another visit out to take another look at the issue went unanswered. This is totally unprofessional. Would NOT recommend this company and cannot for the life of me understand all their excellent reviews.

I think this says it all: Inside my back door, Ive posted a sign (for others who live in the house, and for future owners), which reads ONLY CALL ROCKET ROOTER in case of clogged indoor and/or outdoor drains!
