        I engaged with K4 Associates to renovate a commercial building in Baltimore that I operate a day to day retail business out of. Their pricing was very fair and they came in on time and on budget. The work itself was perfect for a Class B building—cost effective, clean, orderly, up to specs in every way shape and form but not overdone—the right vision for the right place. I now have several other projects that I have taken on K4 for. Their pricing and timing has made my jobs cost effective. I have recommended them to associates having construction needs.

        Very Unpleasant and disappointing experience. Restoration was never completed properly, was months behind promised schedule and legal consultation and action became necessary to make an inch of progress. The restoration began with the companys legal name as Radius Restoration LLC and transitioned to K4 Associates LLC for unknown reasons. Please AVOID.
