I contacted this company and Phill picked it up. I was telling him the issues I was having and I could tell he was fully listening to it. He made quick responses all the time. He then told me to send some pictures of my sink which was leaking so that I could save money by not having him come over. I was very impressed by his suggestion and consideration. Turns out the sink needed replacement. They arrived the next day and did their job with absolute precision and professionalism. Thank you to Phil and Bill for your great service!

We had a blocked drain with water flooding all over the bathroom. But thanks to Green Star Plumbing we were able to solve the issue. Phil, the technician who attended, was professional in every way. He engaged with us and explained every step of the process and the cost. He was friendly and courteous. He wasted no time and started working on the problem. He was very efficient. He cleared the block and checked the pipes and made sure nothing was left behind. We are really pleased with the service and will definitely recommend Green Star Plumbing. Phil was on time and friendly when he arrived. He walked us through a few different options and was evident with the pros and cons of each option. Once we decided on an alternative, the work was done quickly and thoroughly beyond our expectations. He cleaned up after he was done and left our bathroom looking amazing. I woke up to find pipes had frozen overnight. I called Green star plumbing, and they arrived in about 20 minutes. They used their equipment to fix the problem in a short time. They also gave us some tips to avoid problems in the future. They will be my 'go to' plumber from here on.
