My personal plumber switched companies so we of course followed him. We needed a new hot water heater after 20 plus years and his schedule was full. They fit us in and Patrick came yesterday (less than 24 hrs after initial non emergency call) and did the job. He was thorough, pleasant and professional. They gave me an estimate prior and it even came in a tiny bit less. An extremely pleasant experience and I highly recommend!
