        I cant believe the lack of customer service at this bank/branch. Between my mother in law and my wife they been banking at this location for combine 70 years. Ask me to call you customer service line. People just dont care about people anymore.

        They are horrible. I had a stop payment on a check . They allowed it to go thru. No help in getting my $46,0000 dollars back. Avoid this bank. I have called over n over. Getting no where. I'm so unhappy.

        Worst bank ever. You can't get ahold of a person. They dont answer the phone. Been on hold for over an hour on two phones. Hung up in twice. Told the one lady I'm having a medical emergency and need my money released. I got paid Thursday, its Tuesday and they are still sitting on my money. Im now out of food and shelter in a heat wave out of state. I told the lady I have a seve re medical issue and im in disstress and about yo behospitalized. She was rude and put me back on hold for another half hour. .
