        Called for wheelchair repair. Girl on the phone was very curt. When she asked for my date of birth, I chuckled and asked why she would need my date of birth? This is for my elderly mother. She then hung up. Too bad Monroe wheelchair sold.

        We dealt with Donna at Numotion for a scooter for my dad. She was very professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend Numotion to others. We had a great experience not only in the office but also Donna returned my calls and went out of her way to help us with our problem. Our issue was corrected the next day and we were fully satisfied, and happy customers. Thank you Donna for your friendly customer service and getting the job done right! Well done.
