        Lately they have been killing it with the food, and the orders, but for the most part like most fast food joints in Robbinsville N.C its ran by drug users or dealers. So its a hit or miss, it just depends on how high the staff is that day. Its sad but true, there are some people there who work there and they do care about the quality of food , but the rest are just trying to get through the day and they could care less about your food , as long as they still get a paycheck.

        What resulted from the Wendys Corporate iOS app mistake should NOT reflect negatively on this restaurant, its employees or managers! Otherwise this wouldve been higher, but unfortunately there is no place for that distinction. The food was fine, the crew was very pleasant & offered to help with it, but i had already sat for over 15 min. I thought the order wasnt complete & they didnt know i was waiting, so i went in to make sure & it ran the same order again. This is MUCH different than every other app out there as far as confusing. Wendys needs to work on this.

        The manager Jamie I spoke with was completely rude. I asked several times to have my hamburger meat recooked because it was raw. She rolled her eyes and walked away as if she didnt have time for me. She then got on her cellphone and started talking to someone while the rest of her employees struggled to catch up during a lunch rush. Poor management.

        The food was really good and the people are great there. They know me and my family, and they treat us like family. The price isn't bad either. If you're a regular customer there, they pretty much already know what you're going to order. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that needs a quick fix meal.
