Great customer service. Staff was very professional and courteous. and not to mention very close to my home. Enterprise is my choice for car rentals.

Completely incompetent and dangerous company. I paid for an SUV , when I finally got to the Riverdale location they tried to pawn off a sedan on me. After waiting so they could "clean" an SUV, I was I was given an old Dodge Journey . The cs person said when parting not to smoke, which i chuckled at. Ironically the SUV smelled like Cheech and Chong mixed with airfreshner. Bigger problem being the check engine light kept going on. Bigger still the warning light for the PMI went on and I had to refill tire more than 3 times. This all while I repeatedly called Enterprise Road side assistance. They continually lied, (I have names). They sent me to another location to swap out only to learn they DIDNOT have a vehicle and were never notified by roadside as I was assured they were. This went not for 2 days until the vehicle was finally towed from hotel because tire went completely flat. Again I was lied to and assured that there was a vehicle available for pick up, now while stranded somewhere in GA. The agent from that location called to tell me this was not the case m, and she told that the roadside where they promptly hung up and then assured me I was all set to pick up vehicle.. If I could give no stars I would, they put myself and family in danger more than and ruined my family trip. All completely unacceptable and unforgivable. Rent a car elsewhere, they suck!!

My experience with Enterprise in Riverdale was wonderful. My check-in was fast and easy. Customer service was A+ for me. I will rent again from them in the future.
