I have loved going to Eagle Rock Dental and have been a loyal patient for 13 years. Dr Bauer and Hammond have been fabulous to work with. Unfortunately the last time I went in with my son I had to work with Dr. Beck. Not only was my appointment under 10 minutes because nothing was wrong but unknowingly he would then write up a bill for over $100 for less than 10 minutes. We had just been in 20 days before for our annual exam and he re-billed for an exam and my insurance wont even touch it because again I was just in for an exam earlier that month. So disappointed with how dishonest that is. We may have to find another dentist who can be honest and their top priority is taking care of their patients and not just squeezing money out of them. My best advice would be dont even step foot in the office with Dr. Beck who knows what he might charge you for.
