Snake River Surgical - Bryan Lee, DDS, MD

In July 1987, I was a spectator sitting in the stands watching a softball game when I was struck on the right side of my face from a hardball hit from another field. This caused severe TMJ issues on my left side. Over the course of 6-7 years, I had 8 different bite splints and 3 surgeries. I live in Idaho and had to travel all over the West to see different specialists. The surgery that worked was to replace my meniscus with ear cartilage which was to last for 10 years. This procedure lasted for about 30 years. October 2023, my left TMJ started to fail. My local dentist referred me to Dr. Bryan Lee, Rexburg, ID. I was able to see Dr. Lee in January 2024. He was able to do all the diagnostics and offered a treatment plan of total TMJ joint replacement, left side. Surgery was March 11 in Idaho Falls. I am doing well with replacement recovery and have had no pain at all, even in the hospital after the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Lee for any TMJ issues from simple to complex. Also, his staff is excellent to work with! God bless Dr. Bryan Lee and his staff, they are SIMPLY THE BEST!

***LET THE PATIENT BEWARE***What a tragedy a great Doctor who has given his all to build and establish himself and his practice. Like so many great Doctors today whose practices are damaged by inept, unprofessional, and uncaring office staff. My daughter went to see Dr. Lee for a single wisdom tooth extraction. She was told that her out-of-pocket estimate was going to be $165, which was paid by her before the single extraction was done. The rest of the fees would be paid by her insurance company. No pre-determination was sent to my daughter's insurance. Dr. Lee's office filed the claim for medical sedation and it was denied by her insurance. After spending 5 seconds on the internet I found information that informed me that medical sedation is almost always denied especially for a single extraction. I am not sure what is going on here. The dentist should have already known that this would be denied and why they would try to hide the matter from my daughter is quite perplexing. Post extraction bill for ~$800 above their estimate. HARRASING TEXT MESSAGES to my daughter. His office must think he has a license to steal.

I chose Dr. Bryan Lee for a surgical intervention and I am extremely happy with the post-surgery results I obtained. Last year, another professional, a dentist, went to extract my second molar and by accident the tooth broke and I aspirated a large part of the root into my sinus canal. Today is 4 weeks since I had the surgery and everything went better than I expected. I definitely recommend Dr. Bryan Lee for oral care, as well as surgery, he is top notch in his field and has good manners which helped me decide to have surgery with him and his team. I had an excellent and quick recovery. Yes, I really recommend this doctor's services.

They did an amazing job!! They were so accommodating and were so helpful throughout the entire process. The surgery went great and Dr. Lee was very kind!! Incredible doctors and an incredible practice in general.
