Just had the worst experience at Crystal Dry Cleaners.. I had my beloved dress altered for important event. Very simple alteration(simple hem no slip) they completely ruined my dress and made it too short and sewing is not even at all and not finished.. Hem work started to fall apart when I was examining dress As I calmly tried to explain to owner that its falling apart.. And pointed out that hem was uneven and noticeable.. He starts to yell at me? I was a bit confused and taken back.. how is it my fault?? Why are you yelling at me?? So unprofessional.. I will never do business with them or refer my clients & neighbors.. I was so upset I left in tears

Owner she is very sweet and helpful, she even helped me lug my heavy laundry to my car. Clothes very clean and she even takes time to remember your order and you personally.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place. I only went there a few times and only because it was the closest. But every time there was an issue. First they refused fixing a jacket for me saying it's "too complicated". So I got it fixed somewhere else later. Then they lost my skirt. Then I dropped off my curtains that needed to be ironed only. I got them back in exactly the same shape when I dropped them off. Full of wrinkles. They were asking $50 for the crappy work. I didn't pay it!
