O.K., so this isn't a Five Star joint, but I've been coming here basically every week for something like 10 years, including dozens of alterations, with no issues. The few other ratings at 1 star are too harsh for a good working business.

This lady is just straight up mean. She ruined my white shirt with all these fresh dirt stains. You could still see all the dirt on the hanger. The best part is that she yelled at me. Haha.

Agree with all the bad reviews. I been going for years because its close to work. One day she tells me cannot find a shirt (she never explains what happened to it) When i try to tell her its a Tommy Bahama, she goes into this routine of waving her hands and walking away - "you bring in old shirt" she says trying to lessen the value of my shirt. Like all the other people said, she only cares about taking your money, this lady is RUDE. I pay lots of money over the years here, and when they lose (or ruin) a shirt, they want to argue over the cost. She made $1000s on me, and wants to argue over $20?

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here over the years like everyone else because it was in my neighborhood. Appears the lady makes the prices up in her head since there’s not a clear pricing chart. Once took uniform pants there to be hemmed, paid for them, got home and they weren’t hemmed. Gotta bite the bullet to look for someplace else since I’m tired of being extorted.
