U-Haul Moving & Storage of Rapid City

I have moved all over the US and rented from UHauls all over. This is by far the nicest one Ive rented from. The staff is exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to help and retain their customers. Ive rented both trucks and trailers from this location without any issues. All the equipment was in great shape. Thank you!!

Made a reservation a month ago for a 20ft truck, yesterday asked to move it up a day because of incoming weather. Was told another reservation made after ours was given priority and we would get a smaller truck and a trailer instead. Go today for pickup and there are no trucks of either size for a few hundred miles.

I did use this location a lot in the past. But I will never use it again or even recommend anyone to use it. I will leave reviews on every site. The older, elderly gentleman was prejudice against myself. We were one hour late returning the equipment, but he was in a rage and upset. Seem to scare other staff as well. I had five people present. I didnt mind a late fee, but he wasnt having it. AND YES I AM NATIVE AMERICAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dropped off 1 hr late on 24hr rental and got charged an extra day. picked up Friday at 6pm and dropped off Sat. a 7pm.
