        Horrible customer service. There are many other storage unit options in town, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! Management is horrible!

        Our unit was broken into twice. The first time, they had fake cameras up. They ended up getting actual security cameras after that. When it got broke into the the second time, Jennifer, the manager, said she gave the footage to the police but after speaking to the police we found out she didnt. When we tried to call her to ask about it, she wouldnt answer and refused to return any of our messages. We were a customer of theirs for 6 years and never missed a single payment and thats how she treats her customers. In February, you DID have fake cameras up per Darrell. Yes, you put up real ones after that but what good do they do when you wont submit the footage to the police. They DID NOT get any footage from you. These people stole items that are not replaceable even if we had insurance. Shame on you Jennifer for treating your customers the way you do! Were not asking you to take responsibility, we simply want the footage provided to the police!!

      According to my records, you don't currently rent nor have you ever rented a unit at either of my facilities.

      We worked with the detective working on your case. No, our cameras are not fake. And per our contract that you signed, we are not responsible for break-ins. You should have had insurance to cover the items that were stolen.
