Depot Storage

I have had nothing but trouble since renting my storage unit here. I do understand there's no management. They have been more receptive. Seems to be a guy is running his business or something right out of this storage unit. He's always there with either a camper or a truck and they're there for days at a time. The drainage from water and snow is poor. They need more gravel. The units themselves are secure. Solid cement floor so that is good. I would say continue to give new management opportunity to improve things. They were responsive when I called about a gate being stuck open because the next day it was closed even though I didn't get a call back about it.

I called and called and called. Never got a response back. Was trying to rent a unit that according to their website they had still to this day have not gotten a call back I've given up, would not recommend them. They don't seem to be very hungry or motivated to get customers

Never answers the phone I paid 6 months in advance and when it was time to vacate couldn't get ahold of anyone to terminate the lease 17 missed calls and the wouldn't you know I get a bill the month after saying I owe a month, it's a scam to steal your security deposit. I'm a disabled veteran and never received a discount either.

If I could give a 0-star I would. We need to contact the owner of Storage Depot. After over 6+ wks still we can not get the manager to return a message or phone call. We no longer want anything to do with your company and since no one will contact us back to cancel the storage we publicly give notice . We ARE DONE. DO NO'T CONTINUE TO TAKE PAYMENT'S FROM BayLee Rodd's credit card. Everything has been out and we are done. This is a crazy way to run a business.

Been renting from these guys for quite a few years now. Always been good to me. There have been a few times over the years that it took alittle time to get a response back on something, but nothing concerning. The property manager is awesome to work with and she is overall a good person, not just another bill collector. For anyone else that has had bad experiences over the past year and a half, you have to remember how much of a hindrance covid has made everything and especially when you get it, so even I apologize to you for inconveniences suffered through this awkward time. Thanks again folks at depot for working with me over these many years.
