Always a long wait. We have been here for over an hour and still waiting to be seen. Not considerate of our time.

PROS: Dr Oyemade is really great I love him he explains and is genuinely concerned and answers parents questions. Although when asking to schedule with Dr Oyemade its almost impossible. (At least for me every time I would ask to be scheduled with him) Staff is also nice and gentle. Ive been coming here for three years since my daughter was born 2018 and had my son come here too when he was born 2020. I had no issues with my daughter when I needed to schedule sick visits. They would squeeze us in that day if not within that same week. CONS: I had my son and of course I brought him here. Hes had a few sick visits Ive had to visit urgent care instead all the times cause they wouldnt see him until a week or a little over from the day I would call. Mind you theyre sick visits That needed medication & he need to be assessed. cant even get a decent follow up appointment for him either unless the dr orders it to be scheduled. Luckily the urgent care I go to were concerned he couldnt get decent follow ups And had me make follow ups at the urgent care instead of his dr. Dr sayat was great when I had my daughter I wouldnt mind seeing her but since seeing her with my son she would brush away our concerns and if I wasnt familiar with the diagnosis she would say and I quote Google it. wouldnt explain a single thing or seem concerned after I would attempt to ask her questions that she wouldnt really answer, she says what else? What else seems very rushed it would throw me off make me feel rushed and would forget my other questions I had. Im honestly and genuinely discouraged to keep brining my kids here. I can say with full certainty my son has not received the great care here. I would wish to keep them here with Dr Oyemade but receiving quality care when it comes to my kids is a must! And sadly not all appointments could be made with Dr Oyemade

This Dr. really cares about his patients, my kids go to another pediatrician but I was referred here for my newborns circumcision and now I want to change them to this office because how in detail he answers your questions and seems like he genuinely cares.
