He co-authored multiple published medical articles that outline geriatric health concerns, including chronic disease management and elder abuse. Dr. ThiagaRajan also was a featured speaker at Brown University and Yale University hospitals and area senior centers.Dr. ThiagaRajan was a recipient of the West Indies International Peace scholarship for multiple years and earned the United Kingdom’s International Award of His Royal Highness Duke of Edinburgh in 1996.
