Solar pool heat was not working and panel said sensor was reading 245 degrees. I was pretty sure it was the sensor and when I called in Sierra Pacific for the repair, I told them to please bring a sensor with them. I have a super steep roof and Im not able to go up there myself. David brought a sensor, went up there and fixed it all in one visit. Its working great now. I appreciate the prompt repair as we want to get our solar working for the beginning of the swimming season. Sierra Pacific installed this system 16 years ago and it has been trouble free up to this point. Cant beat that..

Nick and his team, including Garrett and Isac, did an excellent job replacing our HVAC system. They were incredibly professional, hardworking, always available to answer questions and explain things thoroughly. They even took the time to explain some unrelated electrical issues to me. Not a single speck of trash was left after their work; they cleaned up very well. I truly appreciate their hard work. Donald Hayes, who provided me with the initial quote for this work, was also incredibly friendly. He took the time to explain details about new HVAC systems and helped me make an informed decision. Sierra Pacific should be proud to have such dedicated employees.

Both Tony and Christian did a fantastic job of replacing my pool solar panels. They explained what they were going to do and when they finished they went over everything with me again, which I appreciated. They cleaned up and left things better than it was. They asked if I had any questions and helped me understand how the system works. I was very pleased with their work ethic as well! Great job and thank you! Dawn V
