Imani was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful with helping us find the right pair of frames for our needs! I have two more pair to go and I look forward to work with her again, as well as the entire team with one in particular who I found to be very whimsicalinside joke!!!

Went with my husband to order his prescription glasses and I happened to fall in love with a pair of Tiffany sunglasses. The saleslady proceeded to remove the glasses from the stand but I told her I preferred them to be ordered new. They had 2 pairs of the same sunglasses on display. I said to myself ,this lady will just give me one of those pairs and claim they are the newly ordered ones. Sure enough, I arrive a few weeks later, we see only one pair on display , so I immediately had doubts. So I asked again are you sure these are brand new. She said yes, but I know she lied . Im in my 60s and been around the block. The box wasnt wrapped like Tiffany does. I left because I had a really bad week and didnt feel like arguing . Tiffany packages new items with a white ribbon around its blue box . Theres nothing wrong with the glasses. Thing is, I hardly ever purchase anything luxurious for myself and I wanted it new. She lied and I feel taken. Ill never be back!
