The person becomes blind and you do not attend to the patient as soon as possible. What they do is negligent. How are they going to give me an appointment until August! I'm sure they spend hours there doing nothing.

I have waited a few years to write this review and dissapointed that I need to. At this moment I am waiting on my 7th call regarding a bill from over a year ago. We love Dr. Jordan and have been with him for my daughter and son for years, however it is a shame with their customer service and billing department, every year after my daughter's appt I am left having to leave messages, wait on hold for over 45 minutes, request call backs which go unanswerered, then they are lovely to send to creditors. Which I then I have to again call and deal with waiting or unanswered calls. The passed two years have been the worst of it, it is a simple billing code that consistently entered incorrectly, which 2 years ago someone was nice enough to tell me and yet here I am again, so I unfortunately have to find another pediatric opthalmologist to take my daughter to as this is not something I should have deal with when we have insurance, pay the copay upon our visit and yet year after year need to deal with this. As I end this review I am still on hold after the receptionist sent me to another line and now have been on hold over 45 minutes without someone touching base on a Tuesday at 3.

I went yesterday as a walk in and they save me a spot bc I was in pain, Dr Dickens is an excellent ophthalmologist and helped me to feel better
