        We worked with Ginger Lynn who we found to be very friendly and pleasurable to have a conversation with. Unfortunately, we were unsatisfied with the communication, negotiation and strategy skills of Ms. Lynn. After several missed opportunities to view homes, lack of response at times, and misinformation given to us regarding real estate laws and policies, we requested to break the buyer agency contract. This occured after two previous conversations occured when Ms. Lynn acknowledged that she had not been responsive. Ms. Lynn and her supervisor, Marc Preddy, became very defensive toward our feedback and were unwilling to offer any solution to our issues. Despite sharing all of our concerns, we were made to feel like they were untrue and irrational. We feel this was an unenjoyable and unproductive experience leaving us locked into a 6 month buyer agency agreement that we are forced to wait out.
