        This apartment complex is beautiful, Ive been here a little over 3 weeks. Its quiet, the staff is wonderful. Julia was a great help and made the whole application, move in, everything just amazing.

        Just recently moved in. The location is absolutely amazing. The apartments are modern and renovated. And the staff was super kind!! Love it so far. Already feels like home.

        Amazing customer service, super accommodating, and friendly. The leasing team is dedicated to the tenants and will go above and beyond to assist you. Clean and safe property. Located in a great area with restaurants in walking distance.

        The fans in the gym are not working. They have not worked for over half a year. I have requested over and over again if they could please fix them. I just spoke to the lady in the office and she said that the maintenance team has maintenance things to do because they are understaffed and she said she can open the windows instead. I am not working-out in an indoor gym to have the windows open instead. She did nothing help this matter. Also looks like they havent cleaned the gym for maybe over a year or way more I wouldnt be surprised. I pay 2k for rent and cant even get a request done the moment I need it, unless I speak to one certain person and that is rare. The AC in my master bedroom is still not working maybe over 3 years. and they said it was because other vents in the apartments need to be closed for the air to reach over there and Ive never heard of such a thing. It always seems like they dont want to help. I have been asking for weather stripping in the master bedroom door that connect to the balcony so the bugs cannot come in because the pest control who also seems like he doesnt want to do his job told me that I need new weatherstripping in that door. Etc etc etc etc. it shouldnt be this difficult when I am 1 more resident paying on this property.
