I recently had to get my dashboard repaired, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at the Body Smith Shop in Quincy. From the moment I walked in, the staff exhibited exceptional customer service by promptly addressing all of my questions and concerns. They not only delivered on their promises but also completed the work on my car in a surprisingly timely manner. I must commend the entire team, from Erika, the welcoming receptionist, to Vinny, the owner, whose dedication and professionalism truly stood out. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are remarkable. This shop is a hidden gem in the auto body repair industry, and I'm delighted to have discovered it. What a Pleasant experience!! Going to a body shop after an accident is not something you have planned, and believe me, no one wants to get in an accident. But things happens, and places like The Body Smith Shop make that experience so easy and painless, you almost forget yeu were even in a car accident. Starting with Mr. Finn, who somehow reconizes who you are just by the tone of your voice, he is so thorough, so organized and very helpfull you will be amazed. He deserves the "Best Customer Service" award. The office will keep you up to date with anything that goes on, they will go above and byond to ensure customer gets the best service ever. Quality is another thing i was so happy i picked this location. Vinny and the rest of the team did an amazing work. The car looks great, excellent excellent job.
