Im very happy with the service they did to my car. They were very understanding of the situation, and worked fast. They took care of my car since day one of the accident. They deal with the insurance company. I did not have to worry about it. Also, communication was easy they were always reachable at any time during the working hours. Thanks to Copeland Auto Body my car looks like new again.

They deserve more than 5 stars. Copeland Auto and Craig in particular provided exceptional customer service. I was rear ended and my bumper needed to be replaced. Not only did they do the repair but the car was also washed and detailed. They took my car in quickly, they were thorough and handled everything. I would recommend them to anyone and would feel comfortable with my car being repaired there any time.

Fantastic service and overall great people. Had two claims from two different insurance companies, Craig and team handled all the insurance stuff and made the process beyond easy for me. They communicated well and did an amazing job fixing my car which had quite a bit of work to be done. If I ever need body work done again, Copeland St will be my first call! Thank you!!

These folks are legends! We brought our 2016 Mazda CX-5 to Copeland Street Auto Body after someone hit it in the parking lot, leaving a nasty gash in our front right quarter panel. Romero and Craig quickly established a line of communication to ensure they got what they needed from our insurance companies to get the ball rolling on repairs. In the dark tunnel that was dealing with car insurance companies for nearly two months, these two were the light that kept us feeling optimistic and moving forward. Not only did they call periodically to provide any updates they could, they also consistently demonstrated a professional and kind demeanor throughout the entire process. They care about you and getting your car back on the roadit's just that simple. We just picked up our car today and I can confidently say that it doesn't just look fixed; it looks better than when we gave it to them (thanks in large part to a thorough power wash and interior detail). There are now two things I'm certain of in this life: 1.) car insurance companies and their agents can go kick rocks and (2.) we will be getting all our auto body work done at Copeland Street Auto from now on. A+, fellas!

This place is very professional, everybody is nice and friendly. I got rear ended and came here for support and they made my car look brand new, inside and out and theyre patient as well. 5 stars and I definitely recommend!
