I would give this place 0 stars if possible. They have been a headache to work with. They refused me service because I am under the age of 21, which I was just fine with. The front desk associate told me I shouldn't be charged for my booked stay, so I left with no complaints. I was then charged for what I presume is a one night rate. While I was annoyed, I was fine asking for a refund. I have called 2x for the past week AND emailed the manager. I have yet to hear a response. This service is terrible.

The rooms and hotel overall were nice. Lots of parking. We did have a lamp fail to turn on, and the curtain was inadequate to keep the bright outdoor lighting out at night. Breakfast had a good variety of hot food, though there only being one waffle iron meant waiting to use it.

Accessible location and the attached steakhouse wasn't bad. The staff were friendly with the exception of the cleaning staff that tried coming in the room before 9am while I was in the bathroom. I had forgotten to deadbolt the door after grabbing coffee downstairs. Overall the room was clean and the towels were nice. Slightly dated but some upgrades.
