No complaints the first 2 times I used them. The third time, however, they missed their 2-hour appt window. Another 1.5 hrs of waiting past that window, I finally called THEM to see what happened and was told they had a morning service ahead of me that required more time. The receptionist apologized for not calling me and said the guys were now out to lunch but could visit me in the afternoon. Between their first job and their lunch, no one could think to call me? It's poor business practice not to call your customers when you're running late. For that reason, I'll be looking for a new plumber.

I cannot say enough good things about Ellsworth. Extremely reliable, gets every job done perfectly, and the folks at Ellsworth are particularly pleasant and kind folks to work with. Have tried a few different plumbing services in the area, but after working with Ellsworth, I am fully on the Ellsworth train. Thanks to y'all for being so great.

I have been using Ellsworth for 18 years at my old home In Portsmouth. Always a great effort, fair pricing. No need to look anywhere else. Great for older homes...difficult to find experts like this, these days. Portsmouth has them!

Ellsworth plumbing has been in business for many years. My visit today was for parts. I was doing a DIY job and no one in any big stores even knew what I wanted. The guy working the counter instantly knew exactly what I had and what I needed. This type of experience is few and far between these days. I highly recommend this business based on that alone. I will definitely go back.
