    I like to leave honest reviews & hold companies accountable. From the very first day the management team seemed nice, everything was great. I got a first floor renovated apartment big enough for me and my PuppySon, approved same day easy process. Since moving in a see WAY TOO MANY BUGS (roaches to be exact). Every time I go to the office to complain they send someone out but we need to be on a monthly schedule because its just tht bad. The grass has flees so Im getting my dog treated more than often and the grass hasnt been treated not once (everyone in my building has dogs) it only makes sense, use the pet rent we pay monthly to make sure our pets are safe. Lastly we have security yet some BROKE CRAZY PERSON keeps running through cars at night every chance they get, recently my mailbox was tampered with (and we have to pay for the replacement locks) UPDATE: I have been reaching out to the office placing work request in each month to make sure they are constantly sending someone to spray, and that's annoying because why do I have to place the request when you know its roach infested? One day I submitted a request and maintenance didn't enter my home because they heard my dog barking, they left a note on my door saying my dog was left out and I then immediately walk over letting them know I'm home and he is secured. The apartment manager is now saying that the last two time they have come to spray at my house my dog is out, which is a lie when they come to spray I AM ALWAYS HOME. My neighbor and I have been having major backups that cause the tub and toilet to flood, water runs into both bedrooms. The apartment manager argues with me that plumbing issues cannot be a cause of roaches and says its the "upkeep". Anyone who knows me, knows I have a well kept/clean home. She has never even entered it. (which she said she was going to come and inspect never showed up) OVERALL DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They wont let me out of my lease without paying to break it and its disgusting. 1500 is not worth living with roaches.

    I wish I could give this infested place negative 0 stars Ive never seen a place more disgusting, they paint over the collapsing ceilings theres holes in the wall that ROACHES hide in, their appliances DONT WORK they dont have W/D hookups for you to bring your own, so youre stuck with using theirs so dont expect anything other than your clothes to smell like detergent but the stains and dirt will still be there DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE TRIFLING APARTMENTS
