    James the maintenance worker is the best. We called him in to fix a leak we had and he went above and beyond by fixing and renovating some other issues we were dealing with. I cannot shout his praises enough. Give that man a raise!!!

    I LOVE it here, James will fix or replace whatever you need in 24-48 hours! The leasing office has some really nice ladies there but my only problem is during the winter time its FREEZING in the apartments. You MUST get yourself a plug in heater for the bedrooms and living room. The neighborhood is kept clean and usually quiet. Besides the cold winter I think its great here.

    I called to inquire about a townhome I was looking to do a walk-through of a vacancy. I was told that I could not do a walk-through of the actual available townhouse because it was not ready but that I could do a walk-through of the model home. I explained to the receptionist that a walk-through of a model home would not be sufficient for me to feel comfortable with signing a lease in a couple weeks. I was told by the receptionist that she could not guarantee that I would have the opportunity to walk through the townhome prior to moving in. This is unacceptable how is anyone able to make a wise decision on an upcoming move if they cant even view the townhome. Not to mention the receptionist was over talking me during the entire conversation and actually being pretty rude. I shouldnt feel as if its combative when Im trying to find a home and the properties that you have advertised seem to be my best option for the area. It seems as though a retraining is needed of the staff so that theyre able to talk to the general public in a professional respectful manner. Also if a property is going to become vacant at the beginning of the month then there should be a window of time where that property can be viewed by those who are looking to rent that space, thats only right and ethical. I am such an understanding person I literally told the receptionist that I understand that the townhouse is not vacant I just want to schedule to view the townhouse when it is vacant so that I can sign a lease and, I still was met with a lot of pushback and disrespect. I was told to call back and given the hours of operation. I will be looking elsewhere for a home but I just wanted to leave this review because I was very discouraged and disappointed by the encounter that I had to experience with this person.

    They have the best team ever here. I was in a tough situation having to find a place to live within a week and it may have just been good luck that I had a love in date on the spot, but Vicki and Teresa in the leasing office were so welcoming and worked with me through everything. They went above and beyond to make sure I got this place on time. I was under a lot of stress but all in all the area is amazing Im super close to work and right in the middle of shopping and grocery stores. The maintenance team is outstanding as well they are always on top of things and made sure everything was in working order prior to me moving in. I love the place here and the area. Its quiet and you arent bothered by anyone. Its super welcoming here and I would recommend the place to anyone. Best experience I have ever had!! By the way, this place is also affordable.
