Airpet Hotel

AirPet Hotel recently helped us in transporting a puppy to Wrangell Alaska, and we want to thank them for their help. We ship puppies fairly frequently, and had never used a service like AirPet Hotel before, so we were nervous. Mr. Jones at the AirPet Hotel facility in Seattle was absolutely great about our asking questions and handled everything in a way that made us feel very comfortable. I don't know when we may need puppy air cargo and delivery service again, but we will definitely use AirPet Hotel.

I have been using Airpet for over 7 years and both of my dogs LOVE going there - they can hardly stand the wait once they see me pull out my suitcase!. Not only is it a great value, but the care and activity is terrific. Had one bad experience with an employee that didn't seem to understand the importance of the security, I made a call to management to voice my concerns and I have never seen that person again. They have been a life saver for me and my dogs could not be happier! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a kennel
