Abby,As we stated many times, you missed your appointment with us. At this time, we do not have any grooming appointments available as we are booked through July. We are prioritizing our long time regular clients when spots do open up. Unfortunately you have only visited us one time, and no showed the second time. If a customer does not pre-book their appointments, and no-shows to existing appointments, we can't guarantee you an opening. You were placed on our wait list, which you did not accept and continue to demand service, calling repeatedly. Furthermore we had to contact you several times for payment for your first visit as you left without paying. This is unacceptable. I understand that you do not like our policies and are unhappy. We are not obligated to book every client who requests our services. Clients who miss their appointments are subject to not being able to get in with us, the same as any appointment based industry. If you miss your appointment, we will book that spot with another customer. You have contacted us several times demanding we serve your needs, and not accepting the reality of the situation. You no-showed to your last appointment. You state you were given the "wong appointment time" however all clients get a confirmation text, a reminder text, as well as a reminder call for their appointments. We also call customers when they are 10 minutes late. You then showed up hours later after you missed your appointment and couldn't understand why we would not take you. You insisted your appointment was at a different time even though your confirmation texts and reminder text showed your appointment time. You are upset that we won't break our policies for you, and you feel entitled to service. We are not a good fit for your needs, and you are not a good fit for ours. You need a salon with more flexibility. We placed you on our wait list which is our policy. We reffered you a list of salons to contact, which is going above and beyond on our part at this point. We have done everything in our control to meet your needs, but at this point we are refusing service to you. We wish you best of luck in obtaining a new salon for your grooming needs.
