Update to my previous review. Two years in after the job Steve did not honor his warranty even though his pipe failed at 50%. Three other plumbing companies told me it should be fixed based on the warranty Steve gave us, but he refused to engage with me and hung up on me after discussing it with him more than once. Id like Steve to fix the job and honor the warranty he signed and gave us.

Steve did a great job replacing the sewer pipe to the alley in our backyard (the pipe was basically gone from age) and went above and beyond to satisfy additional requests we made at the time of work. Great service; great value; frankly he could charge more!

My mother passed away in April, so her house is up for sale. Because the Sunnyside Sewer Project hadn't finished their work yet, we couldn't hook up to the branch. Steve sent me a proposal, which I signed and sent back to him; agreeing to hook up to the branch as soon as the city allowed. Steve has now declined to follow through with his proposal, citing a recent inspection of the pipe that the new pipe had to be connected to. When I told him that an independent company had determined that it was debris in the pipe and it didn't need replacing, (in writing) he still declined, stating "I didn't sign the contract." He was using excuses to get out of his own proposal. Steve had given me two bids and then told me it would be the smaller bid because the city brought in the branch past the sidewalk, so less work for him. I feel that he was wanting the higher bid he submitted to me and was using the pipe as an excuse. His business ethics are questionable to me and because of this, I would not recommend this business.

Had a nice experience with Steve. Came out and trenched for a new electric line and also cut necessary concrete in driveway and back filled. Took time to clean up further after backfill following day. Stayed on schedule.
