I purchased a brand new 2022 F150 Powerboost from Vancouver Ford. First, my headlight was flickering from the moment I took delivery, so I took it in to get it replaced. That headlight replacement resulted in me never getting my truck back. Starting with Garett Felipe of Vancouver Ford, I was given false information and very little communication. I escalated to his boss Michael Jacobsen, followed by the president and everyone else at Vancouver Ford. Then, the Ford corporate engineer gets involved, and nothing gets better, only worse. I spoke with Ken Acker, Rob Kozak, Jennifer Peterson, and Richard Bowen from Ford Corporate, and despite my efforts, I will now be taking unconventional steps to be made whole. I really thought Ford would make it right, but I will absolutely never purchase another Ford, and I will strongly recommend everyone I know does the same. Ford has an outstanding reputation, but my experience has been so troubling, and NO ONE at Ford seemed to care, that I will be transitioning my Fleet away from Ford as well as my personal vehicles. I wish someone had reached out to help, but it seems like they really don't care. Bummer.

I m a Ford Guy. But quality is down and price is up. I would never purchase a Gas truck with a Diesel truck price tag.
