We're in the middle of the corona shut down. I have health stuff and need to be careful. I called, explained my situation and asked if it would be possible to pay over the phone do a pick up. The manager David was rude and refused to take payment over the phone or put the item outside for pick up. It's the only petty response I've gotten to health concerns in 2 months. He dismissed my health concerns, brusquely saying "It's fine to come in because no one has gotten sick." Is he doing contact tracing and knows the health status of all customers? Can he sniff out an asymptomatic case?
Since he was forcing me to go into the store to shop from him, I politely asked if employees were wearing masks. He angrily replied, "No, we wear masks when we feel like it!" Every other store I've bought from is doing their best to reduce risk for themselves and customers. Not this numbskull.
