        We ordered Jeld-Wen windows ... they came with the wrong hardware and these guys along with the company have still not given us the correct hardware. It's been over four months. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

        Wade, who answers the phone, is very helpful, courteous, and does the research needed to try to find the right product for the right price. I was surprised to see negative reviews here; but they are from a year ago, so perhaps the problems were related to a specific service person.
