        They sent out a 2 man crew to deliver our new couch yesterday. After taking one look at the path it would go down into our basement, I was told it would not fit. We had taken exact measurements to make sure it would fit because we had been without a couch for 6 months. They did try 3 times; with packaging, one angle without, and another angle without. We told them to just leave it upstairs and wed try for ourselves. We got it down first try without any fuss. Im not impressed with this company.

        Terrible service wouldn't not use! Movers arrived 3 hours late! Over charged us by 3 hours and when we called to complain; Oscar, refused to take it seriously...overall very disappointing would NEVER use again!
